Refund policy

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. For hygiene reasons, all returned items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were shipped.

Hair products must be returned unopened and in their original, sealed condition. If these conditions are not met, the item will be sent back to you. You are responsible for the returned items until they arrive at our warehouse.

Pre-order hair is non-refundable and may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Any approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
